Meet Your Coaches
Resilience is a collaboration with Brianna Brandow owner of Yolo Barre and Elissa Kennedy a Certified Mental Fitness Coach to deliver a Powerful new in-person program that will boost your mental well-being inside and out.
Brianna Brandow has been working with people in the fitness space for nearly 20 years. She helps hundreds of people achieve their fitness and health goals and has noticed the members who achieve lasting results are the ones who also had a mindset shift while on their fitness journey.
Elissa Kennedy is a Positive Intelligence Coach. Elissa has coached hundreds of clients at leading worldwide companies. She teaches people to shift their mindset through the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness program.
A true and lasting mindset shift happens when you get to the root cause of mental blocks and learn tools to change your old patterns and develop new reactions and new mindsets.
